We invite you, together with Greenpeace, to tackle the plastic problem at the source. A number of large companies produce a monstrous amount of disposable plastic. Only together can we hold those companies accountable. We are looking for as many organizations as possible who want to speak with us! Do you also join?
We will soon organize two events where we will make our voices heard. The Plastic Monster Rave (the Rave), frontal for the headquarters of Unilever (March 21) and the Plastival, a plastic free festival in Nijmegen (March 24).
Plastic Monster Rave – Thursday, 21st March
We will host the Plastic Monster Rave in Rotterdam on Thursday evening, March 21, in front of the Unilever headquarters. Complete with DJs, light shows and special guests. Dancing we make clear: recycling is not enough. Manufacturers must take responsibility for all disposable plastic that floats in the sea. That is why we are going to bring the Plastic Monster back to Unilever. From sea to source. Rave for a world without disposable plastic.
Check the event on Facebook / Website!
Plastival – Sunday, 24th March
Ready with those monstrous quantities of disposable plastic? Come to The Plastival! A festival for a world without disposable plastic. There are talks, workshops, a plastic-free market, music, locally brewed drinks and vegan food trucks. We also kick the Plastic Monster out of the country festively. We return the sample by ship to one of the largest plastic producers. Manufacturers must stop the production of disposable plastic. The Plastival shows that it is possible.
