Financials
The foundation Stichting EndPlasticSoup receives donations from a number of supporting Rotary Clubs around the world and individual donations. Next to these the Board supports the application for District Grants and Global Grants.
The available budget is spent to:
- Create Awareness (website, social media, videos, promotional materials),
- Promote and support club projects, education and actions (supporting EndPlasticSoup materials, promoting worldwide actions, community building within and outside Rotary) and
- Expanding the network with ambassador and supporter clubs and building Alliances.
- Support Young Ambassadors.
Financial reporting
EndPlasticSoup prepares the annual accounts within six months of the end of the Rotary year (June 30) and publishes the annual report, including the financial accounts on the website – the latest on December 31st of any year. Even though the Board diligently prepares each annual budget, the character of the activities of the Foundation may imply that the Board nonetheless reconsiders the budget, along with the development of projects and donations.
