The Manilla Presidential Conference from 26-28 November, Rotary’s largest Asia-Pacific Conference was a great success with 18,000 participants. New club with new horizons
On Saturday Oct. 23 the new Rotary Club Passport Horizon District 1850 was chartered. The very next day the new Rotarians were people of action cleaning the riversides of the Rhine in Leverkusen (Germany).
