Nada Ghanem, RC Paris La Défense Courbevoie, PDG 1660, is a recognized expert in leadership and strategic governance, she has been advising senior executives, institutions, and major international organizations for over 25 years as a Director and Executive Coach.
Specialized in transformation and cross-cultural management, she has supported more than 100 leading organizations and accumulated over 10,000 coaching hours with high-level decision-makers worldwide.
She operates at the highest level on issues of governance, influence, and strategic deployment within complex and multicultural environments.
Creator of the VRAI® method, she develops innovative approaches dedicated to sustainable performance, organizational alignment, and impact.
Her career includes assignments with state institutions, particularly in diplomatic and defense spheres, focusing on leadership, crisis management, and international influence.
Committed to education and knowledge transfer, she contributes to the development of future leaders on global, ethical, and geopolitical challenges.
Deeply involved in Rotary International governance, she has held key leadership responsibilities within District 1660, including District Governor for 2024–2025.
A Peace Ambassador and graduate of the Institute for economic and peace (IEP), she actively promotes international dialogue and cross-cultural cooperation.
Recognized for her philanthropic commitment, she is a Major Donor and multiple Paul Harris Fellow, reflecting her long-standing dedication to peace and community development.
Nathalie Dessaux, RC of Neuilly-sur-Seine, D1660, combines a strong entrepreneurial background with recognized expertise in the finance sector. Deeply committed to human values, she places listening, collaboration, and dedication at the heart of everything she does, whether professionally or through her involvement in associations.
Having been active in the non-profit sector for many years, she pays particular attention to environmental and health issues—two subjects she considers inextricably linked and essential for building a fairer and more sustainable future. Past President and active member of the Rotary Club of Neuilly-sur-Seine, she developed a remarkable ability to unite people around meaningful collective projects.


Dr. Mitra Maria Hedman, Rotary eClub in Iceland, District 1360, is an international environmental leader, educator, and sustainability advocate with extensive experience leading
environmental initiatives, building strategic partnerships, and promoting sustainable development across Europe, the Middle East, and Scandinavia.
Currently serving as CEO of Ocean Integrity Iceland, leading global efforts to reduce plastic pollution through ocean and river plastic recovery, environmental awareness campaigns, community engagement, and
innovative technology solutions.
Experienced in mobilising stakeholders across the public, private, academic, and non-profit sectors to create measurable environmental impact.
Proven ability to develop international alliances, coordinate multidisciplinary projects, organise conferences and educational programmes, and engage diverse communities in environmental action. Combines expertise
in sustainability, education, architecture, renewable energy, and organisational leadership to advance practical solutions for environmental protection and circular economy development.
Committed to accelerating awareness, action, and collaboration to achieve a future free from plastic pollution.
Fehmi Hannachi, member of RC de Paris and supporting member of RC of Jumeirah, D2452, UAE.
Bringing over 20 years of experience in leading regional financial institutions, holding key positions across three continents. Notable achievements include managing the Brexit transition and establishing the European Subsidiary of the Group in Paris as CEO, serving as Chairman of the Algerian Subsidiaries and overseeing the Group’s Global Commodity business from HQ in Bahrain. In recent years, a successful advisory entity, Mare Nostrum Advisory, was established and led in Dubai (strategic advisory), and a collaboration with WRISE Singapore was built as Strategic Advisor for MEA (Family Office & Wealth & Wealth Management).
Over a decade of commitment to philanthropy & inclusive projects, acting as an Ambassador for Doctors Without Borders (MSF), Board Member for Entrepreneurs du Monde (Micro-Finance) and more recently by launching SudGlobal an Impact Fund developed with the King Baudoin Foundation in Brussels and which operates various solidarity & cultural programs in Africa and beyond: Rugby Without Borders for kids in Zanzibar, a Literary Prize in Algeria, inclusive finance & environment protection initiatives in Madagascar….
