At least 20 Rotary clubs came in action on World Rivers Day. Below is a compilation of some of the clubs in action.

Saturday the Rotary Club of Miami conducted a Beach Cleanup. Today in commemoration of World Rivers Day several Members of the Club cleaned up canals near our homes. Some were fortunate to even see a manatee and her calf in a canal. Together we are working to Cleanup our waterways and the seas.
Miami Rotary Club worked in two locations, Matheson Hammock Park in the South and on Miami Beach. This was a multigenerational effort. We had Interact and Rotaract students, Rotarians and guests. In total over fifty people worked in both locations. A lot of plastic and other litter was picked up.
