Wij geloven dat Rotary oplossingen en implementaties kan versnellen door wereldwijd samen te werken met andere organisaties:
- Lokale en internationale allianties binnen en buiten Rotary om nieuwe ontwikkelingen te ondersteunen en oplossingen voor de hele levenscyclus van plastic te versnellen: Weigeren, Herontwerp, Minderen, Hergebruik, Herstellen, Recyclen.
- Allianties voor educatie en bewustwording.
- Een kennisnetwerk van universiteiten en onderzoeksinstituten – informatie en contacten zijn wereldwijd beschikbaar voor Rotarians.
- Samenwerking met autoriteiten om beleid en wetgeving te wijzigen, publiciteit te verbeteren om plasticreductie te versnellen en het afvalbeheersysteem te verbeteren.
- Wereldwijd ondersteunen van Rotary-acties en -projecten en samenwerken met bedrijven en organisaties om plasticvervuiling op te lossen en te voorkomen.
