During the Platform meeting on November 17th, Ilya Shcharbitski of our Ambassador Rotaract Club Scheveningen, D1600, Netherlands, has been rewarded as the EndPlasticSoup Most Active Rotaractor 2023.
Ilya has organized, for the second time, jointly with Mohamed Elmisky, Rotaract Dubai, the worldwide EndPlasticSoup Cleanup actions with Rotaract Clubs from 30 countries.
He also represented EndPlasticSoup as Ambassador in his District and during the Youth Exchange for 30 young people on the Vlieland island during their visit weekend to The Netherlands.
