On Saturday, March 23rd, the 17th edition of the National Cleaning Day will be held, when tens of thousands of Dutch people will roll up their sleeves for a clean neighborhood. The National Cleaning Day can be seen as a joint spring cleaning. It takes place every year in the last week of March. In 2019 this is on 23 March. It is a day when the Dutch clean up their neighborhood together with their neighbors, society, the sports club, school or their colleagues.
