Rotary Youth Exchange is a global exchange program that offers approximately 8,000 children every year the opportunity for an exchange year abroad. That is why exchange students from all over the world come also to the Netherlands every year with the Rotary Youth Exchange program. Once again this year, the Dutch Rotary has received multi-district students, and this year they are once again sponsoring a good cause throughout their year: End Plastic Soup!

To raise money, these young people organized a sponsored run on December 17, with a Twente touch. In Northeast Twente they walked a considerable distance, receiving considerable sponsorship for each kilometer they walked.
They covered the distance well while enjoying the beautiful sounds of the midwinter horn, an old Twente custom.
The result of fundraising actions 8.000 euro
There was a great goodbye event to close the Youth Exchange period. During this event the student group handed over the cheque of 8,000 Euro to EndPlasticSoup for education in Indonesia.
